Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee construction administration and inspection activities for significant water and wastewater treatment plant projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to manage and monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication and addressing client needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee Geotechnical, Materials, and special inspections
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, leading by example and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience on a Ultra-Violet Water Treatment system for a municipal or Federal client.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience of being an Owners Representative or Resident Project Representative on large-scale water and wastewater treatment plant projects for municipal or federal clients.
  • Strong understanding of construction regulations, industry standards, and best practices within the water and wastewater treatment plant sector.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaborative working relationships.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain strong client relationships and successfully navigate negotiations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to facilitate efficient project tracking and reporting.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
