We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a respected auction house based in Reno, Nevada. Job Description:
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the auction house team, ensuring all customer and vendor interactions are handled with high professionalism and care. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in customer-facing situations and is passionate about providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line support for inquiries from customers and vendors, addressing concerns via phone, email, and in person.
• Facilitate the registration and onboarding of new customers and vendors, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Support the auction house team in event preparation and execution, ensuring all participant needs are met.
• Resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service highly regarded.
• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in handling CRM software and adept at learning new technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the auction industry or a similar fast-paced, public-facing role.
• Multilingual skills is a Plus
