Job Summary

Royal Manufacturing is seeking a Production Supervisor to be responsible for daily marble manufacturing production. We are seeking someone who seeks to lead and have an impact and can deal with time pressure and change.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Owner of plant processes - continuously strive to improve efficiencies and productivity while retaining the highest possible quality of the finished product.

· Read customer orders, work orders, and production tickets to determine daily make items.

· Move materials and items from production to receiving or other designated areas.

· Assist with the enforcement of company policies.

· Assist staff in resolving problems/issues.

· Assist in developing corrective actions internally for the plant.

· Participate in the training, development, and evaluation of subordinates.

· Support and adhere to all company disciplinary action procedures.

· Spend time anticipating potential problems and developing plans to prevent crises from occurring.

· Assist in the counting of physical inventory.

· May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

· High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience combined.

Experience:

· Positions of increased responsibility in a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in a Production Lead role looking to grow or with one year experience as a supervisor.

· Must be bilingual in verbal and written language skills – fluent in English and Spanish.

· Technical capacity and knowledge of computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
