Job Responsibilities
- Assists controller in managing the accounting department staff and ensures month end close process is completed timely.
- Right hand to the controller in preparing the annual budget with guidance from the CFO and Region/Market. Ensures, along side of the controller, the entire balance sheet is reconciled timely. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Continuous progress toward becoming a controller.
Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience
- Required: Three (3) years accounting experience.
- Preferred: Healthcare experience.
