Job DescriptionMust have manufacturing experience
  • Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for an Assembler 1 has the primary responsibility to assemble products per work instructions. This is an entry level position with training and support provided to ensure successful assembly of product.
M-F 6-2:30
Core Responsibilities AreRead work instructions, verify work instructions match assignment. Learn new work instructions as required. Collect required materials from bins. Set up workstations per work instruction. Assemble parts and inspect own work as instructed. Complete required training in a timely manner. Assist other manufacturing staff with their duties as requested. Assist with other projects as requested by a member of management. Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as required in work instructions. Verify work instructions match assignment
Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. One to three months related experience and/or training. Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions. Ability to understand verbal work instructions. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a repeated basis. Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)/color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors; depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships). Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance-oriented environment while still providing service excellence. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions; basic computer skills.
IPC soldering certification preferred; soldering skills required
Ability to read/write/communicate in English language
