We are looking for a dynamic and strategic EPC Procurement Leader to develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business priorities. What You'll Do:
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement EPC, engineered equipment, and construction services contract sourcing strategies that align with stakeholder priorities.
- Procure with Expertise: Utilize your construction project contract expertise to secure EPC/turnkey contracts and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers.
- Maximize Value: Identify opportunities for value capture and achieve project savings targets through strategic sourcing and cost modeling.
- Lead and Manage: Guide bid evaluation teams, execute bidding events, and lead negotiations to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Optimize Performance: Develop KPIs and manage supplier reviews to ensure commitments are met and project value is achieved.
- Risk Management: Develop and lead capital project risk management strategies, applying contract law knowledge to mitigate risks and protect company interests.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Execute contracting and procurement strategies for high-value, complex capital projects.
- Develop should-cost models and project justifications.
- Define technical bid requirements and execute bidding events.
- Lead bid evaluation teams to analyze proposals and award business.
- Negotiate contracts, modifications, and facilitate dispute resolutions.
- Create and manage project plans for sourcing goods and services.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate project status.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for post-award contract management.
