We are looking for a strong payroll analyst / payroll administrator with extensive ADP Workforce Now experience to join our team. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA and must be local to be considered.
Payroll Processing
· Coordinate, reconcile and process weekly and bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Payroll
· Establish accurate and timely processing of payroll
· Calculate and process wage adjustments
· Process employee changes (i.e. new hires, terminations, garnishments, tax levy deductions, calculations, other deductions, etc.)
· Assure timely processing of all workers' compensation and unemployment wage requests
· Complete and submit disability coverage data for processing and payment
· Arrange payroll reports as needed
· Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
· Respond promptly and courteously to all payroll inquiries from management and employees
· Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
· Conduct other tasks as required and assigned
· Must be technology Saavy
· Must have strong excel macros skills
Required
At least three (3) years of payroll at a company with at least 500 employees
Multi-State Payroll experience
Multi-location Payroll experience
Eligible to work in the United States with the status of a Permanent Resident or US Citizen
Preferred
Bachelors’ or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
