Manage hardware status, supporting both internal and external demand.
Manage budgets and implementation of capital equipment and facility projects!
Lead planning and execution-centered process improvements to reduce cost, shorten cycle time, improve quality, and enhance safety through risk management.
Collaborate with purchasing and supplier management to ensure on-time delivery of hardware and production equipment.
Reduce and close risks and identify opportunities.
Track key program metrics (and associated reporting tools) in areas such as: budget, engineering schedules, equipment schedules, procurement schedules, production schedules, program management status reports, and resource plans.
Lead key business analytics initiatives, as required.
Minium QualificationsB.S. degree (or higher).
5+ years’ experience leading projects.
5 or more years’ experience in Manufacturing in a Production Environment.
Ability to develop and execute a moderately complicated project plan in all phases.
Established negotiating skills and ability to garner acceptance in a project matrix hierarchy.
Understands and can apply various related project/efficiency models such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban, Waterfall, and Agile.
Experience managing complex datasets, spreadsheets, and data dashboards.
Experience in budget management and reporting.
Analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Project).
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) in technical work environments.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Preferred QualificationsB.S. Business, B.S. Engineering, Operations Management.
5 or more years’ experience in Aerospace Manufacturing in a Production Environment.
Project Management certification (PMP/Certified Project Manager).
Experience with new product introduction.
Development-to-production transition experience.
Greenfield experience.
Self-starter, strong bias for action.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Experience with Primavera (P6), Jira, Tableau
