HireWorks is partnered with an industry leading manufacturer seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team located in Harrison, AR!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Must be able to give instruction, train, and lead general maintenance.
• Must be a licensed electrician.
• Must be able to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot and modify programs.
• Must have PLC knowledge, ready and understand ladder logic, program, troubleshoot and modify programs.
• Must be able to design and improve electrical components of machinery to improve operation and/or efficiency.
• Must be able to upgrade mechanical equipment from old to new technology.
• Must have knowledge of safety rules and regulations and ensure they are met.
• Must be able to recognize safety issues.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 100lbs, bend, stand, push, grip and position heavy and odd shaped items.
• Required to follow all set quality standards and work in a manner that ensures Claridge equipment is functional at a level that allows the highest quality product to be produced.
• Assist others as needed.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Other duties as described in the general maintenance job description.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Prior industrial maintenance experience required.
• Must be a licensed electrician.
• Welding experience
• Plumbing experience
• Electrical experience
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
