Job Description:

  • Possess a general understanding of HR software products (ATS, Onboarding, Performance Evaluation, HR Forms workflow).
  • To conduct product demo or webinar using Zoom or Team meeting.
  • Clearly communicate our value proposition to decision makers
  • Achieve and exceed quota expectations tied to new business activations / revenue generated.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach through closed deal.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm for B2B HR software sales
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills.
  • Growth mindset: desire to improve and receive coaching.
  • Ability to problem solve on the fly.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree (in finance or business-related subject)
  • 1 years of B2B HR software sales experience
  • Computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM database - Salesforce and HubSpot preferred.
