Office Admin and Accounting Specialist - American Auto Protection
American Auto Protection is looking for an individual that will assist a team that keeps customers happy and ensure our office is running smoothly.
You'll oversee the agency's policies and procedures when it comes to new enrollments, set-ups, testing, accounting, reporting, vendor relationships and much more!
Agency or Auto Dealership experience is a plus!
Responsibilities

• Assist in creation of office processes, standards and procedures to help the agency run smoothly and profitably
• Work closely with management and field staff in operations, sales and marketing
• Create schedules and manage daily operations
• Assist Retail dealers set ups and training
• Create, update and maintain sales presentations
• Manage payments & accounts receivables
• Create and analyze sales, accounting and other business reports
• Training, scheduling, event planning are also responsibilities

Requirements

• Agency or Dealership Office Management Experience
• QuickBooks Proficient Microsoft Suite required
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency to multi-task, document, follow-thru and follow-up
• Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
