Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Planning as a Service Supply Chain Planning Manager with expertise in Servigistics (or a similar tool) to join our executive team. This role acts as a Service Parts Planning SME, and it will be pivotal in driving the optimization and efficiency of our global service parts operations, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence with our existing and incoming portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive global service parts planning strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives.

Lead the transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in service parts planning processes.

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Servigistics, providing strategic direction and operational guidance into existing clients.

Assist in various projects that will oversee the integration, optimization, and utilization of the Servigistics platform across global operations.

Ensure efficient inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization to meet customer service level agreements (SLAs).

Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance service parts planning performance.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global service parts planning team.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and drive alignment on service parts planning initiatives.

Leverage data analytics and KPIs to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization.

Identify potential risks in the service parts supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with global regulations and company policies.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in service parts planning

Preferred Skills:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Team Management experience is highly preferred

Proven expertise in implementation and optimization of planning as a service platform such as Servigistics.

Proficiency in data analytics and familiarity with advanced supply chain technologies

Professional Skills Requirements:

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

Colorado $93,400 to $194,100

New York $86,500 to $224,600
