About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Portfolio Management to join their Chief Operating Office team. This critical support role is focused on driving transformation at scale and enabling reporting tools through the prioritization of portfolio initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business performance agenda, partnering with various departments to drive the intake process, and monitoring the operating model impact to support advanced capital planning ROI outcomes. Key responsibilities include working closely with product teams to develop a structured framework of OKRs, measurable metrics, and KPIs that drive ROI, as well as deep knowledge and understanding of agile methodology, process improvement, cash management, and governance.The ideal candidate for the Vice President, Portfolio Management role at the company will have a deep understanding of agile methodology, process improvement, and governance. They should be adept at strategic analysis, market intelligence, and have a proven track record of driving value creation. The role requires a high-energy individual with a positive attitude, strong delivery and governance execution, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in a range of software and systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and various investment reporting tools, is essential. The candidate should also be experienced in creating and reviewing business cases, user stories, and implementing collaborative frameworks for planning and prioritization meetings. The ability to work effectively within fast-paced PODS and product teams, and to ensure program delivery aligns with strategic business outcomes, is a key aspect of this position.
