The primary function of the Finance and Insurance Administrator is obtaining and reviewing purchaser credit applications and securing finance options.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES

• Obtain and review purchaser credit applications.
• Ensures applications and paperwork are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Verifies accuracy of all material information on the credit application and submits to lender.
• Establish relationships with lenders, providers, and insurance vendors.
• Structure loans or leases based on the underwriting guidelines of banks and credit companies.
• Ability to explain the details of loans, finance charges, and total sale price to the customers.
• Ensuring that the customer understands every detail of the agreement.
• Informs the customer of other available products such as extended service contracts, alarm systems, GAP protection and various other add-ons.
• Build a rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
• Finding competitive rates for financing new and used trucks.
• Ensuring compliance by following all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensure compliance with the Company?s internal control practices.

• Follow all accounting and procedural rules as outlined in the Company Employee Handbook.
• Abide by the Company Drug Free Policy.
• Additional duties may be added as needed.
