Job Purpose:

Participate in daily operations of accounting department including processing and monitoring account receivables.

Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

• Management of incoming payment and processing into system
• Preparing invoices and send to customer
• Reconcile AR & payment receipt: distribute discrepancies information to related team
• Reconcile AR ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly post
• Monthly Accounting Closing (e.g. Monitoring AR cut-off and taking all required action for financial closing)
• Support annual financial statement audits by compiling the required audit schedules
• Training of AR process to related teams
• Create required Monthly and Quarterly Report

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Strong communication skills and Must have good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Well organized, hard worker, team player
• Ability to handle large amounts of data
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Bilingual(Korean and English)

Technical Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint,

SAP, etc.

Non-Technical Competencies:

Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Accounts Payable/Receivable experience desired and SAP experience preferred
