Busy medical billing office in search of an office assistant. Our team of AR representatives is need of an assistant to help with everyday tasks as well as large projects.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Answering patient phone calls and directing to appropriate AR rep.
• Filing, scanning and organizing of client information.
• Calling insurance companies to gather information as need for AR Rep.
• Data Entry
• Payment Posting

Qualifications

• General understanding of Medical Insurance
• General Customer Service Experience
• Operation of Office Equipment (copier, scanner, phones, etc)
• Medical Office experience a plus
• Medical Billing experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
