JOB SUMMARY

***CANDIDATE MUST BE US Citizen (due to contractual/access requirements)***

Successful candidate will be able to effectively manage and maintain an enterprise-level data network focusing on security, wireless and monitoring tools such as Cisco ISE, Solarwinds, DNAC, Wireless Controllers and AP’s. Routing and switching experience is helpful.

Responsibilities include:
• working incident, problem and request tickets to completion
• performing changes in a production environment
• following all establish procedures
• gathering documentation fulfill audit requirements
• vulnerability management
• design and configuration of ISE, Wireless and monitoring tools
 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves on teams in clearly defining, with the customer, requirements, deliverables and timeframes. Escalates issues and makes recommendations to resolve them to the appropriate audience.
  • Conducts root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting IT Infrastructure.
  • Develops and/or delivers technical training in complex technical areas.
  • Completes project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects. 
  • Assures compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology

Preferred

  • Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP routing protocols
  • Good understanding of Cisco Wireless technologies, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC, Solarwinds.
  • Proficient in LAN, WAN, MAN and/or VoIP architecture
  • Good understanding of SDWAN architecture
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and adjust as needed
