• Dry Van Solo OTR W2 - 0.60 CPM BASE 0.10 CPM safety / productivity bonus
• Dry Van Teams OTR W2 - 0.77 CPM 0.05 CPM safety / productivity bonus 0.04 CPM Hazmat / Doubles $10,000 Sign On Bonus
• Flatbed Solo OTR W2 - 0.65 CPM BASE 0.05 CPM safety / productivity bonus LOAD PAY
• Hazmat / Doubles Teams OTR W2 - 0.81 CPM $10,000 Sign On Bonus 0.05 CPM monthly bonus
• Owner Operator OTR - $1.50 CPM Fuel discount program available
