Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development / Account Manager located in San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for some remote work. This role will be responsible for business development, managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, customers delivery facing and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements and managing project risks.
