As The Manager of Technical Operations you will establish and maintain the daily activities of the ecosystem of cloud-connected products (including edge devices) at our customer locations worldwide. This individual will lead the operations technical staff ensuring continuous customer operations including resolving network connectivity and performance issues as they arise. Also responsible for the timely execution of business improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of Network & Services availability (uptime).

What you will need to succeed in this position:
Pay Range: $102,400.00 to $136,500.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
