DutiesHME Specialists is now hiring for a Financial Analyst. This position will work closely with Finance Executives to focus on financial management with long-term projections and analysis, with duties to include:
- Construct budgets by departments/cost centers to identify all significant information for collection and reporting.
- Manage monthly variance reporting by department/cost center, understanding the root cause and potential corrective action.
- Prepare Board of Directors reporting package monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Assist in the monthly and year end closings as required.
- Financial Modeling.
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting and project support to senior management.
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
- Provide planning and advice on a broad range of issues that will enable optimal execution, prioritization, and coordination of budge formulation, execution and analysis.
- Identify operational trends of financial activities for issue resolution and provides recommended courses of action to reverse unfavorabl trends.
- AD-Hoc Reporting
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Financial Analyst role.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or quantitative discipline preferred.
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar software and system implementation a plus
