Job Description:

AWS Certified Profile Preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Gen AI and Large Language Models and the ability to design and develop POC of Gen AI solutions that address business problems. They will have excellent programming skills and be proficient in at least one of the major programming languages used in AI such as Python, Java and preferably in Python.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architecture teams and technology teams to augment digital transformation efforts by identifying and piloting use cases.
• Align technical implementation with existing and future requirements by gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders - business users, data scientists, security professionals, data engineers and analysts, and those in IT operations.
• Design and develop Gen AI solutions that meet business requirements
• Strong knowledge on LLM Models such as (but not limited to) LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector databases etc
• Strong knowledge on evaluating Gen AI output
• Strong knowledge on fine tuning LLMs
• Evaluate and improve existing Gen AI solutions to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
• Develop and implement best practices for Gen AI applications and Gen AI patterns
• Conduct experiments and analyses to evaluate the performance of Gen AI solutions
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker, AWS Jumpstart, Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc

Soft Skills:

• Effectively communicate thoughts, insights and plans to cross-functional teams. Should have ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders like business unit executives
• Excellent presentation skills to engage with business users to gain an in-depth understanding of priorities and needs
• Provide expert advice to determine options and solutions to project issues and challenges to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction.
