Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1. Masters Degree required 2. Minimal 3-5 years demonstrated experience working with Neuroscience patients with specific training in specialty areas if applicable (Neuro ICU, Stroke). 3. Critical Care Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider for Neuro ICU specialty areas only 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: 1. Supervisor experience 2. Experience with Google Platform of Docs, Sheets, Slides, Zoom 3. Experience with Epic Documentation Platform Licenses and Certifications Required: 1. NJ state licensure as an Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 2. NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) certification or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification or equivalent (AG-ACNP) (American Nurse Credentialing Center) or AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses). 3. Controlled Drug Substances (CDS) certification 4. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license Licenses and Certifications Preferred: 1. ENLS (Emergency Neurological Life Support) 2. FCCS (Fundamentals of Critical Care Support) 3. SCRN (Stroke Certified Registered Nurse)
