Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Tax Accountant at HMP Consultants. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for tax compliance, tax preparation, financial statements, and general accounting tasks. This is a hybrid role, based in Rolling Meadows, IL, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation skills
- Experience with Financial Statements and Accounting
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
- Certification as a CPA or similar qualification is preferred
