OPPORTUNITY FOR CONTRACT-GENERAL MANAGER

HMV Properties is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. a fast-growing hotel company in the Carolinas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our Hospitality division in North & South Carolina. 

Position : Contract Task Force Hotel General Manager - Wyndham Certified: (Possible perminent position)

 Contractor Oversee the effective operation of the hotel, including maximizing profitability, guest service scores, product quality, and overall maintenance.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Inspect the property regularly, maintaining safety, comfort, and cleanliness.
• Drive sales culture and financial performance strategies.
• Engage in community and/or government affairs.
• Promote associate engagement and recognition initiatives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Recent experience with Wyndham Brands.
• At least 3 years of Hotel General Manager experience.
• Preferably with a degree in Hotel Management, General Business, or Marketing.
• Proficient in computer skills, PMS, including Internet and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Opera Cloud.
• Strong P&L and business acumen.
