Job Summary GENERAL MANAGER::
HMV Properties based in Charlotte, North Carolina. a fast-growing hotel company in the Carolinas is seeking several highly motivated and experienced General Managers to join our Hospitality division in North & South Carolina. These positions require experience of multi-million renovations, and multi -Brand changes.

Primary Functions:

• Oversee all operations and staff at a designated HMV Properties' hotel in the Carolinas.
• Revenue: Aggressively pursue revenue goals, utilizing yield management.
• Profit: Effectively manage & control operational expenses, seek cost saving strategies.
• Quality: Guest Service exceeds Brand Standards, implement programs to optimize results.
• Sales & Marketing: Provide leadership support & direction to the sales team.
• Community Involvement: Maintain good standing with CVB, & civic organizations.
• Leadership: Motivate, coach & train your team, hold accountable, give feedback, reward.
• Work Ethic: Demonstrate integrity, take ownership, communicate, nurture the environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in the hospitality.
• Strong understanding of hotel and restaurant operations and financial management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and financial goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of the Carolinas hospitality industry and market trends is a plus.
