What We Are Seeking

We are seeking a part-time Personal Lines Account Manager. This individual will be the main contact for our personal insurance clients and must maintain confidentiality, professionalism, confidence, and a customer first focus every day.Successful candidates will have technical, administrative and organizational skills, the ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment, and to work independently and proactively.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients through leads and referral channels.
• Build rapport and relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive communication.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews.
• Complete requirements and submit to Underwriters.
• Prepare insurance proposals.
• Update management system to ensure accurate, current client information.
• Cross sell new lines of coverage to existing clients.
• Normal work week will be based on a_ minimum_ of 20 hours per week (flexibility for more) and that schedule will be based on Eastern time.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)

Preferred Skills

• Management & Rating Systems: Epic – willing to train for right candidate
• Computer Skills: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, DocuSign, Adobe
