JOB SUMMARY
The Account Representative will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, handling order fulfillment, and serving as the main point of contact between customers and various internal departments at the Mableton manufacturing facility.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to address needs, impacts, and solutions throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Communicate effectively to facilitate quoting, forecasting, selling, and processing orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of customer orders, shipments, and communications.
• Document and resolve issues such as claims, billing discrepancies, and customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry-related issues using internal and external resources.
• Understand order-to-cash processes and relevant systems like Plex and Microsoft applications.
• Remain flexible to improve job functionality and efficiency.
