About the Position: As their Lead Product Developer, you will oversee the development of new and existing insurance products. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to bring the best insurance solutions to market and serve as the expert on product details for both internal teams and members.

About the Position: As their Lead Product Developer, you will oversee the development of new and existing insurance products. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to bring the best insurance solutions to market and serve as the expert on product details for both internal teams and members.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 years of experience developing insurance products for P & C Specialty Lines; focus and expertise in product and underwriting
- Strong understanding of all aspects of underwriting execution of P &C Insurance products and underwriting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership skills with ability to influence and mentor colleagues.
- Knowledge of habitational or affordable housing market is a plus.
- Designations such as CPCU, AIC, AIS, etc. are a plus.
