The focus of Hodge Western Corp over the last 20 years started in heavy civil and evolved into technology-driven, specialty underground utility construction. We operate in three divisions: Renewables, Rock Trenching, and Directional Drilling. Our company works on projects throughout the western, southern, and midwestern United States. We are passionate about executing and growing our specialized methods for complex utility construction to provide our partner customers with significant advantages in both safety and efficiency over traditional means and methods.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • On-site at either our office in Prineville, Oregon or Bentonville, Arkansas
  • Manage the contractual aspects of construction projects to ensure that all terms and conditions are met, and that projects proceed smoothly.
  • Coordinate with project managers, legal teams, and other departments to ensure seamless contract execution and compliance.
  • Document and manage any amendments, change orders, modifications, or extensions to existing contracts.
  • Ensure that all parties adhere to the terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Verify compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements.
  • Ensure proper archiving and retention of documentation for future reference or audits.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that affect contracts and project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Precision in managing contracts and documentation.
  • Understanding of contract law, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and related documentation efficiently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to resolve disputes and address challenges related to contract performance.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Annual salary $75,000-$100,000
  • 100% Company-paid Medical Insurance for you and your family. 
  • Four-week annual PTO; 40 hours of annual Sick Time
