**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills. As the Office Manager, you will oversee the administrative operations of our office. **Duties:** - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Oversee office budgeting and financial activities - Handle payroll processing and employee timesheets - Supervise office staff and provide training development as needed - Maintain a clean and organized office environment - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts - Ensure efficient operation of all office equipment **Requirements:** - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities - Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus - Experience in budgeting, payroll, and clerk duties - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity - Familiarity with vendor management processes This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
