The role:
- Take charge of multiple projects, leading a small team to deliver outstanding results
- Manage client expectations and interactions, ensuring a top-notch client experience
- Gain exposure to a variety of tasks, from vetting project scope and setting fees to resolving design and technical issues
- Work closely with your team, fostering strong relationships and mentoring junior staff
Requirements:
- Professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred
- 8 years of relevant architecture experience with a strong technical background
- Expertise in Revit; proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe CS is a plus
- Strong understanding of code analysis, building systems, and storytelling through contract documents
