Hoehn Motors is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Clerk within our clerical department. This position reports to the Controller, and will be responsible for accounts payable for the Hoehn Auto Group.

Hoehn Motors is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Clerk within our clerical department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Review and verify invoices, coding expenses to the appropriate general ledger accounts
• Prepare and process payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate vendor records and update as necessary
• Assist with month-end & year end closing
• Provide support for audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Stay up to date with industry changes related to payables & receivables.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Data Entry, CDK, Yooz, and Excel

Pay range of $21-$26 depending on experience.
