Leadership
Core Accountabilities
- Dispatch repair orders to technicians throughout the day. Follow up with Advisors and/or management regarding status of repairs.
- Document and write all necessary information on both internal and external RO’s, invoices, route sheets, appointment schedules, time tickets, timecard, customer files, and any other forms required by the manufacturer, Hoffman, and motor vehicle guidelines. Generate purchase orders for outside vendors as needed.
- Work to coach, develop, train, and monitor employee production and repair orders for accuracy and completion. Ensure workplace safety and compliance to all manufacturer, company and customer standards including adhering to OSHA regulations. Monitor employee performance on a regular basis and report concerns or highlights to Service Manager.
- Address all customer needs, actively engage with difficult/disgruntled customers to provide resolution to all concerns in a timely manner within the best interest of the department and company.
Competencies and Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
- Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
- Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
- Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
- Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
- This is a 5 day work week
