IT Field Support Technician

Hoffman Development is looking for a Field Support Tech, who is responsible for visiting our store locations and providing technical assistance with hardware and software systems. What You Will Do

• Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues for wash locations. 
• Monitor and manage the IT support ticketing system, ensuring all requests are addressed.
• Assist with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware components.
• Responsible for maintaining and supporting POS system software, hardware, and updates.

Do You Have?

• Experience with troubleshooting PC’s & Hardware.
• Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office, and Admin tools.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Drivers license required.
