Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales for a team of inside sales representatives. We’re searching for an individual who embodies and lives out our culture and core values while optimizing daily activities and the performance of the business across the board.
Job Responsibilities:
● Run assigned appointments with potential customers
● Maintain proper KPIs ( close rate, appointments ran, sales, etc)
● Inspect the property for potential damage
● Take necessary measurements to be able to accurately estimate project cost
● Keep up to date with product offerings and installation methods
● Create renderings of exterior projects to aid customers in their selections.
● Accurately communicate the scope of work to be estimated to the inside sales representative
● Collect siding and roofing samples from client houses when needed for identification and matching purposes
● Meet on-site with insurance adjusters
● Follow up with potential clients to close the sale
● Collect down payment checks from clients and turn them in to home office staff.
● Actively seek self-generated lead opportunities
● Work with inside sales representatives to strategize on how to close potential deals
● Follow up with customers to procure referrals and reviews
Key Qualifications:
● Proven organizational skills, including time management
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong networking ability, hunter mentality to generate own leads above what is provided by the company

● Ability to thrive in a team environment
● Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
● Attention to detail
● Knowledge of exterior building products, installation methods, and code

● Strong ability to ask for business and close deals with potential clients
● Ability to drive up to 50 miles around the greater metropolitan area
