Laboratory Relocation Project Manager, Andover and Cambridge, MA

City and now provides national support to activate, occupy, and

decommission a broad range of spaces, including Enterprise size

Laboratories throughout the U.S.

Our headcount has grown during the last 16 quarters and our

revenue has increased for the last decade.

Position

Hoffman seeks a Laboratory Relocation Project Manager to lead our direct, on-site support at our client’s offices in Andover and Cambridge, MA.

Key responsibilities of this role include to:

1. Train, coach and mentor colleagues and perform QA on their tasks

2. Liaise with members of the project team and departmental representatives

3. Develop, monitor and adjust project plans, schedules and budgets

4. Ensure adherence to our client’s standards and Hoffman’s methodologies

5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prioritize tasks effectively

6. Provide field support before, during and after each relocation

7. Identify and avoid risks and solve problems

8. Ensure each relocation we support is completed successfully

Relocation Project Manager Requirements

1. 5 years managing Large Laboratory related projects.

2. Fluent in the vocabulary of Labs

3. Able to manage client relationships in a friendly and professional manner

4. Cares enough to ensure 100% accuracy before every Relocation is completed

5. Can solve problems, willing to work until each problem is solved

6. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

7. Able to lead and evaluate the performance of colleagues

8. Can provide excellent service despite tight deadlines

9. Starts with yes and figures out how to deliver on each promise
