As the Inside Sales Lead in St. Louis, MO, you will lead 3 team members to $15 million dollars of revenue generation and be accountable for converting outstanding bids into millions of dollars of revenue for Hoffmann Brothers. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on sales activities. As the Inside Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our inside sales team while also actively engaging in sales activities to drive revenue growth. You will be pivotal in executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular KPI-based feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their sales skills.
• Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding, and training of new inside sales team members.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, including setting sales targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, analyzing trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously assess and improve sales processes, tools, and techniques to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with business objectives.
• Live in the business and lead by example by handling follow-up on your own assigned opportunities.

Sales:

• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to continue sales process.
• Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
• Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, etc.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls, and convert into sales. Overcome objections and attend sales trainings

Qualifications:

• 3 Years Supervisory/Management experience in a sales vertical with the ability to manage a high performing team while generating sales revenue
• Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members
• Strategic thinking capabilities to evaluate, assess, and make recommendations for change
• Analytical and very comfortable navigating data to derive insights and define strategies
• Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
• Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
• Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
