Primary Purpose of the Role This position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day EDI functions and projects in customer service.

Most importantly will be troubleshooting and resolving EDI issues regarding the exchange of data to and from trading partners.

Additionally, will help support customer service process EDI orders Essential Job Duties Manage and resolve day-to-day EDI responsibilities Assist in processing incoming EDI orders from all databases Analyze, report and troubleshoot issues regarding EDI sales, returns, product shortages as it relates to EDI communication Make sure all EDI orders are tracked and meet all deadlines to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction Responsible for testing, maintaining, and upgrading the maps and applications that deliver data Communicate with and assist with customer calls relating to routine account problems as necessary Train others on EDI computer interface or software use as needed 8.

• Excellent and accurate data entry and analyzation skills

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
• EDI proficient
• Confident and self-motivated
• Excellent multi-tasker
• 2-3 years of related experience and / or training
