Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen manager or head chef
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to prevent foodborne illnesses
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients

- Assist with dishwashing duties and ensuring the cleanliness of the back of house.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel kitchen operations is a plus
- Knowledge of basic food handling, safety, and preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
