Maintenance Sanitation Job Description

Location: CLINTON, NC, 28328

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Sanitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility. The Maintenance Sanitation will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all areas of the facility are kept clean and free of debris.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including restrooms, break rooms, and production areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Cleaning/ Disinfecting Farm Returns
• Sweep and mop floors
• Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, forklifts
• Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
