We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Office Equipment Technician. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. While previous copier experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Basic networking skills would be beneficial, but we provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, and adjust office equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service

​ Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Self-motivated
• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields helpful

Additional Requirements:

• Some networking aptitude is advantageous.
• Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
• Strong work ethic and professional appearance.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have a good driving record.
