Idaho Material Handling, Inc. is a leader in the material handling industry and is currently seeking outstanding candidates for a Customer Service Representative for the Idaho Falls / Twin Falls area. The primary function of this position is to develop and maintain customer relationships, sell material handling equipment, and maintenance and service agreements. As a CSR you’ll determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet those objectives. Customer interaction, communicating with the Field Technicians, and coordinating job priorities with Service Managers will be an everyday occurrence.
