MEP Manager
MEP Manager
- Responsible for the specific mechanical and electrical construction needs of Mission Critical facilities (e.g., data centers) and other related construction projects.
- This position will manage all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors, and vendors involved in the project.
- Coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical schedules, budgets, reports and documentation from pre-construction thru close-out.
- 5-10 yrs commercial construction experience with large sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
- Position requires extensive experience managing the construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
- Candidate must have experience in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, managing and tracking project budgets, and cost control.
- Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with Engineer & Owner
- Strong experience in managing relationships with owners representatives, architects, engineers and clients on a professional level while supervising subcontractors and vendors is a priority.
- Manage and lead the HCC MEP Team and Trade Partners throughout duration of the project (from Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover to Owner)
