As the Tire Sales Consultant and Express Service Advisor you will serve the automotive needs of our guests by educating them on the available tire options and vehicle maintenance recommendations. You will communicate directly with guests and technicians to ensure smooth, understandable, and positive experiences in the quick service area. Proper tires and maintenance are critical to the safety of our guests. You will find great personal satisfaction in keeping vehicles running properly and nurturing the guest's relationship with the dealership. • Welcomes Guests Promptly and Genuinely
• Clearly Documents Vehicle Concerns as Described by the Guest
• Determines Needs and Recommends Vehicle Maintenance
• Provides Recommendations and Quotes for New Tires While Selling the Value of Holiday
• Prepares and Presents Service Estimates
• Establishes and Communicates Next Steps
• Monitors the Progress of Each Vehicle: Updating Customers Frequently
• Verifies that Final Invoice Matches Work Performed on the Repair Order
• Presents and Explains Completed Work and Charges to Customers
