Food and Beverage Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the culinary and dining operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banquet and hotel settings, possess excellent supervisory skills, and be knowledgeable in areas such as POS systems, Aloha POS, kitchen management, restaurant management, inventory control, restaurant operations, and food safety protocols.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage service, including menu planning, meal preparation, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences for guests.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain efficient food production.
- Implement inventory control procedures to manage stock levels effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Supervise staff members to maintain a positive work environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Experience:
- Proven experience in banquet or hotel food and beverage management roles.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS.
- Strong background in kitchen and restaurant management.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control practices.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on staff training and development.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety guidelines.
