Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. Responsibilities: - Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment - Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and food production - Ensure high-quality customer service is consistently delivered - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability - Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations - Maintain a clean and organized establishment in compliance with health and safety regulations - Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products - Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and reporting Requirements: - Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or food service setting - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and kitchen management - Proficient in cash handling procedures and inventory control - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
