Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance. - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records. - Weld and fabricate metal components as needed for repairs or modifications. - Conduct electrical repairs and installations, including troubleshooting electrical systems and replacing faulty components. - Maintain and repair various mechanical systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and machinery. - Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency. - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently. Skills: - Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance principles and practices. - Proficient in using CMMS software to track work orders and manage maintenance tasks. - Ability to weld and fabricate metal components for repairs or modifications. - Skilled in electrical repairs, including troubleshooting electrical systems and replacing faulty components. - Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings. - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions. - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Leadership abilities to coordinate with other team members and prioritize tasks effectively. - Customer service-oriented mindset to address maintenance requests promptly.
