Night Auditor Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations, reconciling financial transactions, and providing exceptional guest service. Responsibilities: - Conduct night audit processes to verify all financial transactions are accurately recorded - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues that may arise - Maintain a secure environment by monitoring and controlling access to the hotel - Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial activities - Ensure accuracy in billing and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience Experience: - Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred - Strong understanding of guest services and hospitality industry standards - Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members - Proficiency in using hotel management software systems - Bilingual skills are a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Knowledge of guest relations practices Join our team as a Night Auditor and be part of delivering exceptional service to our guests throughout the night.
