Front Desk/Night Auditor

Undertaking all receptionist and clerical duites at the front desk of our main entrance. You will be the "FACE" of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression made.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly ad easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Keep front desk tidy and presentable

Answer questions and address complaints

Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

Requirements:

Experience as front desk, but not necessary

Familiar with office machines; computer, adding machine, copy machine, etc

Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping

Proficient in English (oral and written)

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

Strong communication and people skills

Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Problem-solvig skills

Customer service orientation

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be able to pass a background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
